The most of us average spending 4.7 hours to smart phones as according to the data shared by experts. Also if you have something like tv, tablet or computer probably much more than 6 hours. At first view maybe it's not looking like not a big deal. But this is %25 of your day. I mean if you are gonna live 80 years which means you are use 20 years to the technology...

Almost i seem to hear that you say "how can i know if i m addicted?". That's so easy. Only you need to do "check yourself". I have 4 special question for this problem.
Am i spending so many hours on computer or smart phone ? (including television and social media to)
Am i staying at the computer until late at night ?
Am i feeling in space if i stay away from phone or computer ?
Would i prefer the internet to my friends ?

How can I get rid of my addiction?
In my opinion this is a big illness the world have... But this is not a insoluble thing. There is so many way to fix it. First of all, of course get professional therapy. Except this you can try to make an hobby. It's so usefull way to awoid your addict. Because hobbies are making you busy the most of your times. You don't even remember about of social media or notifications on your phone. You will see it. You will want to change your miniature. You will want to finish picture you are making. Also sports or playing some instrument can make same thing to. Maybe you can make a new friends. Who knows ?
